Thai Airways (Star Alliance) Airbus A350-900

Back in 1997, Thai Airways was one of the five founding members of Star Alliance. The alliance has since grown to include 25 member airlines that operate a combined fleet of over 5,000 aircraft serving more than 1,300 destinations in 195 countries. To promote the world’s largest airline alliance, each member is required to have at least one aircraft in the special livery of the group, sporting the star logo on the stabilizer and the billboard-style titles across the fuselage. Thai Airways has applied this livery to two Airbus A350 aircraft, one of which is now released as a limited edition in the 1/500 scale.
